Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
• The item is unused and in its original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Used jewelry items
• Customized or personalized products
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery


Return Process

If you wish to request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process if the request is approved.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

After verification, we will offer:

• Replacement of the product, or
• Refund as per the policy.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
